PicStream and its licensors retain all rights to our software, documentation, pre-built templates, and other proprietary materials. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our proprietary content without permission.

6. Pricing and Payment

Certain features of our Services require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
• Provide valid payment information
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis

Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available according to our refund policy.

7. Service Level Agreement

For paid plans, we commit to maintaining service availability as specified in your plan. Service credits may be issued for downtime exceeding our SLA commitments.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PicStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Services.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

10. Changes to Terms

11. Governing Law
